Recommendation Saturday: I See You

Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
– Philippians 2:1-4

  1. Shelly- I LOVE these verses- I want to answer each of these questions with a resounding YES~! Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.

We, in community online reach across the world and become FAMILY- only in God could such community exist like this in perfect harmony.

  5. Such an encouraging post! Some days I feel downright dreary, a little cloudy and gloomy. But yes! Because of Jesus, I can shine. There is something about His Body of believers that is so wonderful. May we ever draw near to each other in love and support, in all our color-full ways!

    GOD BLESS!

  7. Shelly, thank you for your love of Christ Jesus and love of sharing God’s Word of encouragement. I have followed for awhile and shared your blog with others. My chronic illnesses and stress of other peoples expectations and trying to find my place in serving at my church has placed me at home and my community has become the internet.

Thank you for your love, prayers, and blog hop that has blessed me for quiet some time this past year. I will continue lifting you and your health in prayer too.

    Love, Tracy

    • Tracy, you are a treasure. I am so glad to have you in our community here online! I so appreciate your prayers and your friendship! Heart Hugs, Shelly <3
