This little clip just struck me, and I knew I had to share. I hope you’ll watch.
The dad decided to try and keep his four-year-old daughter calm by singing with her during the fireworks. She was afraid of them. It made me think of this verse.
“For the Lord your God is living among you.
He is a mighty savior.
He will take delight in you with gladness.
With his love, he will calm all your fears.
He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” – Zephaniah 3:17
God just accompanies, calms and soothes. He reacts immediately to our fears and woos us back so sweetly. Beautiful picture I’m going to keep in my heart. I hope it blesses you.
Father in Heaven, You amaze me. Please help each soul reading this to know that You are loving and kind and good, and that You are always beside us. In Jesus’ Name, Amen…
