Can You Give More Than You Realize?

“Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God” (2 Corinthians 9:10-11).

In fact, most days what I have to give is less than zero. Chronic illness ensures that I walk around with a deficit. Disability compounds my negative balance.

I’m hopelessly in the red here….

I wrote this post for my family over at Rest Ministries.

  1. I hopped over to read the rest of your post but came back to comment. I, too, am ALWAYS amazed at God’s math. How he makes much of our little and abundance from our meager obedience. The gift of your words, too, are no little thing in Kingdom math. So please keep sharing them!
