And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. – John 14:16-17

Chronic illness leaves my mind so foggy some days, I’m mentally stumbling into walls. Have you been there?
I’m searching desperately for my keys in my purse as I sit in the car that is already running. Uh-huh.
I’m ranting from room to room about how it can be so easy to lose something I need so badly, while the missing glasses lay perched atop my head. Yep.
Once I even made a phone call to find my cell phone, from my cell phone. I know, right? And then I got frustrated because all I got was a busy signal.
Whew. Yeah. Welcome to my world…
Would you head on over to Rest Ministries to finish this post?
I’ll be there, too. <3

Oh dear friend you did it again. Beautiful words to touch our hearts. We’re neighbors at Mel’s today. I do too often ask for things He already granted. So thankful our gracious Lord gently reminds me and moves me forward. Enjoy a blessing-filled weekend.

OH! Right in my own yard. My heart. My hands. Always with me no matter which way I turn. Thank you for these precious words. Words I needed this day.
