But now, O Lord, You are our Father,
We are the clay, and You our potter;
And all of us are the work of Your hand. – Isaiah 64:8

Do you feel expendable? Maybe thrown away?

No matter what condition you are in, you still make beautiful music.
You have a purpose.
You can be recycled in the Master’s hands.

And without you and the music you bring,
someone’s life wouldn’t be worthwhile.

You matter.

We are best when we are community.

I would love to share in some of that community
right here from my website.

  2. Shelly, I think I will need to visit your home to make sure that you do not have some kind of wire tapping mechanism that is hooked from your house to mine!!!!
Once again, you “read my mind” and heard my spoken words!!!
Thank you for the reminder that it’s NOT what we once did for the Lord,
it’s all about how He wants to use us NOW … limitations, disabilities, no matter what!!!
I KNOW that since my chronic illness, I have been able to meet and minister to people I would have never met if I was “well”.
I’m just so very thankful for people like you, who remind me of that truth!!
You are an extra special blessing to me!!!!!
    Love you, Barb♡♡♡♡♡♡

    • Barb, the thought of a visit from you makes me a little giddy! 😀 Love you. Heart Hugs, Shelly <3

    • May God bless your week, too, June! Love you. Heart Hugs, Shelly <3

  3. Exactly the reminder I needed today! Sometimes as a mom of a special needs child, I struggle to feel like a person after being drained of energy from her. While she is a huge part of my purpose here on earth, I know God is calling me not to forget myself and what He created me for. Always a blessing to link to this community here!
