I LOVE this picture Shelly, which reminds me that God feeds and clothes the birds of the air, and even more, He cares for us.I’m sharing what I heard from God this-morning as I feel prompted to do so- as it may speak equally as well to you as it did to me:This morning as I was sitting in bed spending time with God, I looked out over a harbour and a brownish cloud was reflecting on the water- and I thought- something has muddied the waters.Then as the sun shifted, some hills opposite were lit up, under the dark clouds. I felt that God was saying that His light is with me even though I’m under a dark cloud of pain at the moment. I was reminded that nothing can separate me from His love, and that He is intimately concerned with every detail of my life.Then the phone rang and a prayer partner said she might be able to stay with me for a few days after shoulder surgery. I have been a little anxious wondering who might be able to help me. God is good; so very good.Then he directed me to this song:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV2zMZ-nZ7k
Praying for the light of His love to shine brightly into your life, to encourage you and give you hope as you encourage others, daily. May we know how deep is the Father’s love for us.
