He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. – Colossians 1:12-14

  1. love the song Shelly!!

Your lovely words today sent my mind to this exciting scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:9
    New King James Version (NKJV)
9 But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Hard to wait, isn’t it? We yearn, along with all creation for the hour of our release.

    Romans 8:22-23
    New Living Translation (NLT)
22 For we know that all creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children,[a] including the new bodies he has promised us.
    Footnotes:

8:23 Greek wait anxiously for sonship.

We love the foretaste we have, but long for the glorious time when we will experience it in full as the Bride of Christ,
as you have written: He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.

    God bless you, sweet sister.

    Love,
    Mary.
