Are You Homebound, or Bound for Home?

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with Me that you also may be where I am” (John 14:1-3).

Over the past year or so I’ve had to deal, once again, with the fact that I am pretty much homebound. In fact, I think I am more homebound at this point than ever before.

I’m learning to think of this in a whole new way . . . another lesson on perspective from my Father. I’d like to share it with you, if I may?

Speaking of home….
won’t you join me at my second home, Rest Ministries, today?
You can finish reading this post
and then check out all of the fabulous fellowship there.

  1. Yesterday’s post was about our true “home” yesterday for me. I guess it was a day where we were all thinking of “home.”

    • Must be, Lauren! I love when God reaffirms His word for me in that way! So cool! Heart Hugs, Shelly <3
