Recommendation Saturday: The Power of Prayer

peaceful photo

Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. – Matthew 26:41

You have such power in this hurting and lost world.

Next time you’re tempted to worry, take it to the Lord instead.

Please, pray. <3

  1. Yes, praying for peace…..lovely…bagpipes set my heart on fire as all my forbears were from Scotland 😉

Asking God to remind me to declare my trust in Him every time worry appears.

God bless you dear Shelly….May you know His peace deep down in your heart, no matter what….and may I as well. <3

  3. One of my very favorite hymns is, ‘What a friend we have in Jesus”, because of this, “O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer!” There is such a peace in the realizing that He is listening… enough to get us through those times of turmoil and fear.

    Great reminder!
    Blessings,
